When the rain comes in floods,
and there's a chill in your bones,

My arms,
will shelter you from the storm.
My chest,
will keep your heart warm.

When reality begins to fade,
and you feel can't escape,

I can,
always stay.
And I will be,
your hide away.

When you feel you can't breathe,
and the panic is setting in,

My touch,
will help you to see.
My kiss,
will bring you back to me.

When your tears start to fall,
and your body is trembling,

My fingers,
will brush away all your tears.
My heart,
Will chase away all your fears.

When you are sleeping,
and there's a frown on your face,

I will lie,
with you in my embrace.
And you will know,
that you are safe.

And I know,
you don't even have to say,
that this will go,
both ways.

This is from a while ago, I didn't wish to share it then. I suppose something has changed now. I am unsure whether I should re-write all the 'will' as 'would' which would change the focus.
