and I find you in my slumber
I find you in the freckles
that storm through my skin
like thunder
I see you in my shadow
and I see you in my light
I see you in my footsteps
and I clench my knuckles tight
tell me how I’m supposed to move on
tell me how do I go through
when the stitching of my flesh
