She talked about the desert tiny portals opened windows became picturesIn such a desolate place I recalled beauty species of night shades blooming beneath constellations unearthing lunar movements She acknowledged presence I smiled as I kindly do while holding a hand transferring energy he often comes through Enclaved with parting tears welling deserts flood once again over many years which never end. Yes Ellyn, something like that. I saw a healer/reader back in February, and she was going on and on about the desert- which I wasn't expecting, but then as she continued talking some more- I began having flashes and felt immensely sad like someone was left behind under circumstances beyond control, also as the poem depicts there were fragmented time capsules of beauty to be felt as well. "Run to the Water" (Live)Oh desert speak to my heart Oh woman of the earth Maker of children who weep for love Maker of this birth Till your deepest secrets are known to me I will not be moved, I will not be moved Don't try to find the answer When there ain't no question here Brother let your heart be wounded And give no mercy to your fear Adam and Eve live down the street from me Babylon is every town It's as crazy as it's ever been Love's a stranger all around In a moment we lost our minds here And lay our spirit down Today we lived a thousand years All we have is now Run to the water and find me there Burnt to the core but not broken We'll cut through the madness Of these streets below the moon These streets below the moon And I will never leave you Till we can say This world was just a dream We were sleepin' now we are awake Till we can say In a moment we lost our minds here And dreamt the world was round A million mile fall from grace Thank God we missed the ground Run to the water and find me there Burnt to the core but not broken We'll cut through the madness Of these streets below the moon With a nuclear fire of love in our hearts Yeah, I can see it now Lord Out beyond all the breakin' of waves and the tribulation It's a place and the home of ascended souls Who swam out there in love Run to the water and find me there Burnt to the core but not broken We'll cut through the madness Of these streets below the moon With a nuclear fire of love in our hearts Rest easy baby, rest easy And recognize it all as light and rainbows Smashed to smithereens and be happy Run to the water and find me there, oh Run to the water Songwriters KOWALCZYK, EDWARD JOEL / TAYLOR, CHAD DAVID / DAHLHEIMER, PATRICK / GRACEY, CHAD ALAN

Mirage Ellyn to you too! and Happy Mom's Day to all! A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. ~Irving Already she seems bone thin When her clothes are on. The lightest wind blows Her dress toward the doorways. Everybody thinks he can see Her body longing to follow Helpless and miserable, Dreaming itself Into an apparition of loneliness, A spirit of vine wondering At a grape here and there, As the September spider, The master, ascends Her long spine. Already she weighs more, yet She still bows down slightly, As I stand in her doorway. It's not hunching, it's only That children have been reaching Upward for years to gather Sweetness of her face. They are innocent and passionate Thieves of the secret hillsides. Now she rises, tall, round, round, And round again, and, again, round. ~James Wright IP: Logged |

Thanks Gypsy.. It reminds me although at times we are physically alone.. from a dimensional view point we never really are at all. Which is a beautiful concept to me. IP: Logged |
