Hi Swift Freeze. I'm new to this site, but not to astrology. I was actually researching a Venus/Pluto article on men, being I am a Venus/Pluto woman. While reading a certain article, one of your comments exposed the fact you have Eros/Sapphos/Cupid/Venus/Pluto in Scorpio, like myself. You also have your Mars in Libra, like me. It makes me think we may be astro twins, or close anyway, lol. I replied to the original message, but I figure there is the chance you may not and probably would not see it. Hence, the reason I decided to write you here (sorry if this is against forum rules)

I feel like during these past couple months, the archetypes have been paving a way for me to reclaim or discover my Eros...first through Psyche, now perhaps Nessus (I have a prominent Nessus). It's a long story as to why I think this. But last night, I typed in my birthday in the search engine, to see what kind of world events were taking place at the time of my birth, and a child actor's (now director/film maker) scope popped up. I had no idea who he was. I decided to look up his name and the synchronicities continued...all of these articles came up that were so Nessus themed... How he was a victim of child abuse as was his father and he now is premiering this film which shows how the justice system is not suited for children and actually does more harm than good as far as repairing a child's psyche when such abuse occurs (So Mars in Libra).

Anyway, I'd be interested in knowing your birthday, but I understand if this is invasive or nosey of me. It'd just be cool to see the ways in which you've personally experienced Nessus/Eros/Psyche in your own life story if you felt up for sharing.

I am not really one for sharing much, and I am a different person now than I was three years ago.

Still, I have no specific objection to you knowing my Date of Birth. I would appreciate as a fellow Scorpio heavy, if you didn't share it with others.

We'll go from there.

If you reply, letting me know you've seen it i'd appreciate it and I'll take it down.

I'll say now, you are older than I, your Sun is a couple of degrees earlier.

I'd hope you are a different person from three years ago, lol. I know I am as well. I feel almost repulsed when I see things I wrote three years ago. Thanks to Timehop, I now have reminders, haha.

No pressure to share, of course. I haven't seen your birthday posted anywhere. I just happened to stroll across an old post where you listed some of your placements. It had me intrigued. How do you know my own date of birth? Lol. I don't believe I've shared it on here yet.

*If* you are comfortable sharing the date, I of course would keep it secret.

Thank you!

So, we are close as I expected, lol.

Have you personally studied Nessus/Eros/Psyche? Or better yet, have the archetypes ever called out to you as well?

Edited my post for ya.

Also, if you are uncomfortable writing your experiences with those asteroids on a public forum, here is my email if it makes you feel more comfortable. Whichever method you prefer.

ck2089@msn.com

It is really crazy though how the archetypes calling out to you, make themselves prevalent everywhere. Last night, I'd gone on a party bus and I wasn't all that excited about it, even thought of cancelling. I go for the sake of honoring my commitment and come to find out, the birthday girl turning 21 who I was just meeting, also went through an abusive marriage like myself. Very Nessus themed. I look at her scope, her Psyche is conjunct my Eros, almost exact. She's also a mellow Mars in Libra individual. For such a heavy topic, we were both just so tickled at the fact we'd both gone through a marriage and divorce as such young ages! Ha.

Also, I started my new classes of the semester this past week. The one teacher immediately starts telling us about an abusive marriage she went through. How it took her years to leave, how she didn't even start college til the age of 41 (divorce) and even then, thought herself to be dumb/stupid because of the ingrained abuse. I looked at her scope, her Psyche is conjunct my Psyche.

These Psyche/Eros/Nessus archetypes just speaking. It's kinda cool/unbelievable to me. I can't tell you how many people with their Psyche conjunct my Eros or this Psyche conjunction have entered into my life or keep calling for my attention. And now all this talk of abuse, cuing Nessus into the picture. It's crazy to me.

Thank you, I have your email so you can edit that post.

I would say that I am the type of person who would not stay in an "abusive" marriage. I think "toxic" is a better description. One in which I am not being totally fulfilled, be it emotionally, physically, mentally etc.

I am more than willing to work things out, but if they can't be worked out in a suitable time frame, I am not going to waste my time and life in a situation that is not happy. Nor would I expect someone to stay with me if they felt similarly.

I personally feel people get married before they are ready for such a commitment. It is a 24/7 thing. I also think marriage changes things, part of what makes relationships so exciting at first is that unknown quantity, when you'll next see them, when they'll next want you, talk to you, spend time with you. When you get married, some people could get complacent, you are legally tied together so some feel they may not need to put as much effort in. Perhaps it's natural as relationships last a longer time for them to dwindle. I don't think that has to be the case though.

I most definitely resonate with your words. Thank you for your input on these asteroids.

I went to a BBQ yesterday and a guy walks through the door that I've never met. He just moved back here from Florida. Come to find out, his Psyche is conjunct mine. His Sun/Saturn are conjunct my Eros exact. His Juno conjunct my Sun/Nessus exact. Synchronicities continue. It was very heated, almost scary feeling.
He has a Cancer Moon in the 12th house, so obviously my 8th house Jupiter/Chiron hits it. While his Sun/Saturn/SN reside in my 12th house. I'd describe it as walking through a graveyard. It felt scary, but intoxicating. Who knows if I ever will see him again. He has a player reputation, I guess. I just know I'd never experienced a passionate link that strong.

Right now, T-Venus is conjunct our SN exact. I'm guessing now would be a prime time for past lovers to walk into this lifetime, even just to say hello.

Well, after a little brushing up, with my Eros, Venus, Pluto, Cupido, Sappho all in Scorpio in/on my IC. I think if people truly knew me, they would be surprised. It also seems that my Lilith (1181) is also in Scorpio.

Do I fit all those descriptions, when I'm with someone I feel connected to, absolutely. However, I rarely feel connected to someone. Most of the time, I feel people are... not vulnerable with me. I mean that in the sense of being completely open. I don't know whether I put them on edge specifically or if people are just naturally that way, self preservation I guess. From my relationships, the thing that stands out most to me is probably that, we can never truly know someone, and that fascinates me in some ways.

My experiences have not always made me the most open person, but it depends on how I feel about others. Currently I have two friends, one actively pursued a friendship with me, although recently her behaviour has disappointed me. Another is more of a recent thing, although we've known each other the same amount of time as the first. It is easier to open up to the second individual, she just has a vibe that I trust. My intuition is something I trust. I still rarely if ever discuss topics I consider intensely personal about myself, I'm fine if others want to share, but I'm okay not sharing.

I feel like I would be better off not meeting any past lovers, there are very few of them, but those times are over. I don't think I would get anything from them being in my life again. We are past lovers for a reason.

Yes! I've wondered the same thing about people and whether it's me or just pure self preservation as you say. I am an early Sag rising (2 degrees), so my Gemini Moon (9 degrees) falls in my 7th where I seem to attractive very fickle people, but my soul always craves more than that. It's like everyone just runs from me, even when I'm being as light as I can be, lol! Being my Scorpio energy is in my 12th, I have kept it secret since I can remember...my dad will still make jokes til this day how I hit in him in the head with an object (very aggressively), all because he asked me if I was crushing on anyone in Kindergarten! Only since Saturn entered my 12th, have I been surprisingly open and sharing with friends/family/lovers my intense feelings/experiences.

Sometimes it feels like a curse. I'm just always waiting for that other shoe to drop. And it's always public knowledge, which angers that Scorpionic energy, because I look like an idiot for trusting. I've been attempting to shed this whole risk of embarrassment thing, seeing as how it happens whether I attempt to hide my vulnerability or not. It's just hard to understand, though. I know women have their own shady ways too, but I just don't know what to think about men after this past year as far as honesty goes. We are talking about men who are so nice, we have incredible chemistry, everyone else even notices this connection and can't see that it's possible for the guy to NOT like me with the way he's acting. Well then, he just disappears or walks into a party with someone else out of blue. When I say he's being obvious, I mean it. I don't mean subtle gestures or a lens I'm looking through, but his words/actions are saying so. Everyone else is always equally as flabbergasted and surprised. And if it's not that sort of experience, it's one where men are already in a relationship, but think they can have sex with me anyway. (Which in those cases, makes me glad I'm NOT in a relationship)

I just want something real, but after so many disappointments and heartache, it feels practically hopeless. I just keep asking the cosmos show me in the easiest way possible what it is I'm supposed to learn through relationships this lifetime and asking that they let the real candidate walk through the door.

As far as past lovers go, you make sense! Sounds very logical. But I wonder if I'm not supposed to be with a past lover, considering my Venus is in the 12th. Some books have called it a placement in which past lovers reside with you as guardian angels. Who knows.

Sorry for the lengthy response. Hadn't planned on it til I started actually writing, lol! (Gem Moon)

Haha, you are funny Randall. Such good vibes, yet you've said so little.

So, I had another crazy sychronicity. Last night, I decided to read an article on my 8th house Jupiter by Erin Sullivan. I fell in love with it. But it was crazy...guess what image came back up? A ferryman. I look up this particular ferryman, Charon.

And here's where it gets weird...The generic Wikipedia article in its first paragraph mentions how Psyche was one of six to actually survive Charon's trip to the Underworld. I'd realized I missed an important part of Psyche/Eros' story! The fact Psyche's last trial given by Venus was a journey through the Underworld where Charon, the ferryman, demands two coins for the trip to and fro. There is an actual ferryman in the story! I had no clue. (Gem Moon distractions, I suppose)

And it gets stranger...another clue I'd missed was the fact Jupiter(Zeus) is the one who grants them immortal life. What are the odds I decide to read about my Jupiter placement, which references a ferryman, and leads me right back to this story? Where Jupiter has a huge part in this dynamic.

I decide to look up Erin Sullivan and find other articles since I liked this first one so much. I click on archetypal astrology and the second article is this one! All about Eros and Venus! I feel I am being divinely guided.
