Enchanted in the path, often gazed you,
Turning so aghast, barely chased you,
Pondered distantly, your gentle ways,
Couldn’t resist my thought, in night or days,
Your gait I loved, I loved your feet,
Divine and holy, your prayers were neat,
Bleeding me out, pretending so sweet,
You took my soul, to plunder and cheat,
Captivating my heart, in several bars,
Decking it with some rotten flowers,
Some worms crawled by, and flies flew,
A pungent fragrance, from flowers blew,
You plodded my heart, with a spade,
Stuffed it with worms, some stinking baits,
And let go of chain, my heart rolled,
Devouring their meal, the worms crawled,
With some holes, bleeding few worms,
My heart was engulfed, with filthy norms,
You plundered so, I shed all shame,
And soared so high, nimble yet lame,
My heart you destroyed, as it disappeared,
On your clothes, with my blood you are smeared.IP: Logged |

This little thought to remember- reminded me of your poem, the light that most often makes its way and comes after adversity... 
Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete? Proving nature's laws wrong, it learned to walk without having feet. Funny, it seems to by keeping it's dreams; it learned to breathe fresh air. Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else even cared.
We wouldn't ask why a rose that grew from the concrete for having damaged petals, in turn, we would all celebrate its tenacity, we would all love its will to reach the sun, well, we are the roses, this is the concrete and these are my damaged petals, dont ask me why, thank god, and ask me how. The seed must grow regardless Of the fact that it’s planted in stone.

Regardless of where it is sown. That's the key, but most people take the shortest route and loose themselves in the process to construct themselves. If a person takes the load to grow, they'll shine even when they loose the tree because that's how they grow from roots again. IP: Logged |
