For all the money in the world We need more intellectuals To earn the money that's been printed Just for intellectuals. The money's value doubles As a social value, too. You need to earn according to What the money-power tells you. Funny how the more abstract And invisible the mint, The more tangibly we manage to Wreck the environment. Which makes me wonder If that money's evil and destructive, Or just the power-toy of each As we learn to be productive? What is lost and what is gained Through skyrise, oil riggings? Does confusion emanate from cash? Lost end from lost beginnings? IP: Logged |

Transiting Saturn conjunct my Neptune makes me wonder about how dreams become realities...and what happens when realities won't yield to new dreams...hmmm.IP: Logged |

Very realistic vision of current money power scenario. How money has no value more than liquid asset to be gained by anyone.IP: Logged |

It seems that to you money is surreal, absurd sometimes. You ponder on its meaning. Does it actually have any value besides what is ascribed to it? What is its social value? Who makes the cash? Is it evil or a toy? (And if it's a toy, is it less evil then?)It is a cynical economics poem! IP: Logged |

Thanks Addendum: I'm not really free But free enough To pretend to be. For now that is okay with me. But with a fake economy Based on fiat currency There is no security And it goes beyond the world you see. It penetrates the darker place Where earning less is a disgrace Yet keeping up, you feel a slave And lose your heart to save your face. The establishment is deaf and dumb But inevitably, we all succumb To serving it with precious time And lose our way, and we grow numb.

I know it's not true for everyone but I live in the so-called "rat race." Confuses the hell out of me, what the whole thing is even about. IP: Logged |

It is unfortunate to serve an establishment which is deaf and dumb. Or, because of it, to grow numb... The poem is very well written, to use thequeen's words. I wish you the work of your dreams, where you would also feel free financially speaking. IP: Logged |
