I can't even know what I was thinking when I wrote this, I've been writing a lot these past days, but this is just I don't know... Wrong. I have a lot of anger inside of me, but in my words I haven't wrote something like this in a long time, it kinda worries me.IP: Logged |

Be thankful, know your pitfalls, and just simply move on. You have options. Put behind the old, and Fully embrace who you are NOW, as opposed to RE-inviting old patterns that no longer serve you in life. Hang in there!   IP: Logged |

This basically. I have a lot of repressed emotion deep inside of me, and for a while it started to manifest in negative ways, like a growing anxiety, irritability, being isolated of most of my friends, lack of sleep... My fears went a bit too far with the cancer woman, even if she started to approach me again, I still do not do a thing about it, I'm in a escapist course right now that nothing and no one can help me at the moment, damaging myself(mostly) and the relationship with that woman, and I have the lyrics to expell the excess of emotions I have. I haven't had this kind of block in a very long time, and I haven't had this kind of wonderful relationship with a woman like I had with her, but my actions have started to make a toll of it, my slient treatment, the anxiety is now in control. I just finished watching a video teaching on astrological transits right now. We are dealing with our Shadows. This teacher described Shadow as beliefs that we have about ourselves that is unconscious/subconscious-- it's what we hide, things we don't like about our self. Everybody's got that. We 'lose touch with it' lose touch that it is there (the unconscious things) and it leaks out and wreaks havoc and sabotages us. It's called the saboteur. (We're usually not aware of it.) There is a somewhat-wild and untamed quality to it. Relationships!,  are what helps us to become more conscious of our UNconscious. The closer you become to people, the more 'shadow' material they see about you (this is normal, and you work it out together). A lot of healing and growth happens when examining/observing is done (with permission and knowledge) among a group of like-souled and like-minded friends. We're completing and releasing 'the old' in our life.
