Dreams of deprivation
leaving me- melancholy
which is worse
awake or asleep?

When all I could
do was watch
and seem unaffected
by betrayal
and startled
back into hurt.

~I can empathize with that feeling, all too well! {{ }}

Weeping may endure for a Night,
But Joy comes...

through the mourning,
INTO the morning.

((Transits right now have a lot of 'restless' qualities to them, AND are unwinding past patterns we've had... Will keep going at least till end of month. It's all for our release & relief. It's possible to be feeling elated and sad at the same time... Don't judge. Merely observe (on one hand) and go ahead and feel what you're feeling (there's info for you in it). Offer it up... Heaven is in the Healing of our Pasts business. Take wonderful Care of your self!))

Keep Processing! K.P. ...

Thanks for the reply, transit info., and music Mirage.
A few weeks ago I woke up in the night after an unsettling dream and jotted this down right away.
I suppose it was the subconscious moving through.

Thanks for explaining, Pearlty.

I like how you try to discern the state of wakefulness and sleep. It's always better to move away from hurting and is that maybe why you're startled?

It is mysterious. I'll share an experience: once I was in the astral and felt much annoyance and noise, and felt really troubled and unhappy. I remember telling myself:" I need to go to sleep", and intantly, as I said it, I opened my eyes. It was as if being awake was actually the dream state.

Thanks for reading thequeen. I believe I felt startled because a peaceful calm I had been use to was disheveling in the dream...and fell apart in an instant.
Reminds one to never get too too comfortable and complacid, which were my afterthoughts upon awakening.

Thanks Ayelet,
and thank you for sharing your experience.
I too have been astrally out there- hasn't happened for a long time though. It wasn't something planned, thought out, or even understood by myself back then. I would try to recollect and write about it the next day and some poems have came from it. There were instances when -I didn't want to come back, and in the morning I could see tears dried up on my face in the mirror. There were other occasions that felt iffy.. dangerous upon returning- and I remember reciting prayers as loud as I could in my mind, old prayers that I do not know on this plane..but thankfully knew in that one.

Thanks for explaining so fully Pearlty. Its true we should never get too accustomed to the comforts of life, which are only a phase.

Thanks for the wonderful quote mirage, needed to hear something like that.
