It's been a while, had a dengue bout a few weeks ago, and was quite ****** up...The cancer woman also broke up and made up again with her BF, the unstability's killing me, even if our band is kicking ass, let's see where it goes. And I drifted from the Sagi woman cause I'm still unable to really form a close relationship... Life goes on anyway... Ms. Palace, It’s been a while I’m needing to see your smile These dreams they come and go Of walking through the winter’s snow And seeing you slip-sliding away Through the cold raging storm Makes me fear of the day That this feeling will be torn Cause I’ve been dreaming of you And some of them dreams feels true I don’t want to walk the line I want to see you one more time, once again Yes the day jobs are getting harder And we cannot see each other And the distance is getting greater It’s hard to keep it flowing And with the dreams I’ve seen As you roam on cold landscapes I will break the daily routines So I can finally escape Cause I’ve been dreaming of you And some of them dreams feels true I don’t want to walk the line I want to see you one more time, once again And I saw you walking down the house Where Sam Cooke has been killed I thought you was there to dance And I went there against my will We meet there and we kissed Then you slapped on the face And you yelled “A change is gonna come” My loyalty is for mankind Yes I’ve been dreaming of you And some of them dreams feels true I don’t want to walk the line I want to see you one more time, once again Don’t go so far away No mama, don’t fly away Cause I’m in love with you You know it’s true

Perhaps the break in-between women is a sign to take some time for yourself, regather and think of you for awhile. Nevertheless, beautiful poem here LF...IP: Logged |

That's an interesting love poem, LF DX... Who is Cooke? And what do you you mean when you say your loyalty is for mankind after she slaps you?IP: Logged |

Sam Cooke was a very famous Afro-American Soul Singer, one of the greatest of his time, and he was murdered in strange circunstances in the early 60'sAnd this is the song from Cooke that I mentioned in the song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEBlaMOmKV4 And it's her that says the final lines, it's for her activism.. of the sagi woman. I must admit that I went abstract with this one xD. But it's about the distance I have with the sagi woman, and a dream that I have recently, which was the basis of the song. IP: Logged |

The Sam Cooke comments above brought some nostalgia for me. My friends and I on many evenings would sit in my sunroom, enjoy his playlists, sip wine, and play chess... magical, balmy, noteworthy, soulful gatherings. IP: Logged |
