The Norsemen arrived
Sixteen ships coming round the shore
Where the Indians ruled the land
They pillaged towns for the gold’s galore
And they sacrificed souls for the will of Odin

Misfortune called
I was there in the plaza where the sun was black
Soldiers and thieves, chasing the masses for them bloody pleasure
And her dark eyes pierced me, could not look back
I was the Valkyrie’s prey that’s for sure

Crimson Red Moon
The Jarl celebrates his latest conquest
Looking for praises to his lovely maid
Whose thoughts had nothing of interest
For the king whose life’s just to raid

She poisoned his drink
As she longed for the Uranus’s Spell
And the sorcerer arrived, with a note from the gods
“Beware of the Curse of the nightingale”
“Your lives are condemned, Thy path’s now made of blood

I woke up hungry
She fed me up with good intentions
I said “Release me, Got no strength left to plow”
She said it’s useless, I will cause you desperation
“Be quiet, I’ll make it slow”

He rode to the mountains
Where salvation could be reached
He praised the sun, his mouth was dried and he awaited the rain
And the sun hid in clouds, and the angels were ready to preach
“May you be cleansed of this pain”

In the altars of stone
Where horrors were horribly made
The winding road, and the howl of the horns
As the sign of the brave who once have said
“Beware of the cross, it brings a lifetime of storms”

She wake me up
As the fire was coming across the castle
She broke my chains, and took me to the stable
The Indians were coming, Monctezuma’s was close to us
An arrow pierced her, she smiled and died in peace

And Monctezuma’s
Destroyed the village to the core
The warriors of Norway, are now scattered in the fields
And I went back home, to the river shore
I thought of the Valkyrie, may her soul be filled with peace

Wow, LFDX ...like a cinematic window into another era and lifetime. A complete sensorial flashback, using the power of words!

Awesome.
