Like the Fool I grabbed my knapsack And skipped down the road, Like a madman; Something from the mind of Poe, 'Oh Byron, my Byron,' I must have chided, She walks in beauty like the night; Not I, Not I, The Solace is from my mind, Adventures to be had To escape this monotonous life, Give me a twirl In my Wooden Dutch shoes, They watch me go But try not to hold me back; It shall serve them no good, Mince Pie and Blackbird stew I think of it As I go down the road.

That was truly delicious and so charming! *clapping* And!.. with an element of earthiness to it also. That old Pavarotti clip (from 1964) was a treat. His voice was excellent! And that song is about a man who disrespects a fickle woman... but I've always LOVED the bounce and tune, taking it also in the light of the story... romantic and sorta cute. - http://www.thoughtco.com/la-donna-e-mobile-lyrics-724330 - http://www.astro.com/astro-databank/Pavarotti,_Luciano I love the energy of the poem 'She walks in Beauty' .. Matches energy present in your works, Whitewitch. Thought you might like this song rendition..
