I rescind the vibes I sent out to you
I’ve realized the err of my ways
You hold a specific purpose for now
and that is where you must stayI cannot change the path of Fate
I must take what she offers and run
Scoop up this new career success
and swear off hearts and fun I need to find victory in my work arena
I need to craft a tone for this path
I cannot have sparkling distractions
wrecking their impassioned wrath We can click in a way that is safe
we can be an apathetic team
Just be careful not to confuse me
with any kind glances that gleam

It's only up to him right now, to look not your way with kind glances... As long as he's not doing that, everything's safe... He should watch out not to wreck this boat of self resort and serenity! With nothing more than a glance... Loved it. IP: Logged |

I am being serious, but I also mean to say his glances are very powerful for you in this poem. You obviously make an effort to avoid the inner turmoil of before... And this is why I loved it, because you don't make a swift transition. Something of the hectic feeling is still there. That makes it real. IP: Logged |

Ah ok, that makes sense. Yes, his glances stir me up too darn much, hence I need to find a way to avoid being on the receiving end (I wrote more about that in the last post of my Astro 2.0 Pisces thread). Neutral will be hard, but I cannot take this limbo...it's wearing me thin.

Yes, true, everyone keeps raining on my blasted parade, telling me all the reasons why this is not real, why it can't work out, why the timing is not good/optimal...I would go on. I just want a break from all their judging, as I have started second guessing what I believed to be true. I'm just tired of reading between the lines...if Fish wants to reach out tangibly, I am here, but mooning over him from a distance seems foolish...::Sighs:: My Leo Moon wants to lick its wounds...and protect its heart.

I read the beginning and end of your thread in astro. I guess you're right, focusing on your career. Maybe there is no point considering it any further until he becomes more direct, which may take time being Pisces and all, yet who knows? I mean, maybe not getting lost in the Neptunian cloud is best, focusing on yourself while keeping it nice and cool as you can, and seeing later how serious he was without missing a thing. It seems to me that makes perfect sense.IP: Logged |

I cannot judge, from the little I read and actually know, whether he is being ready for a long term relationship with you or just being charming... In short, how serious he really is. Pisces are not very direct, so maybe he's shy and trying to trick you to do the first move, but I wouldn't if I were you, because I would consider it a far greater risk, both career-wise and emotionally. Because if I were wrong and he wasn't serious, how could I later hang up in my work environment without feeling devastated? But that is MY emotional makeup. I am cancer, so I take these kind of emotional hurts very seriously, and try not to create such an inconvenient atmosphere for myself. I believe that if he is serious he should be more outgoing, Pisces or not. He should be willing to take the emotional risk, not you. And if you invest in your work and are also nice to him, than you profit, and he certainly can't complain.IP: Logged |
