How cool, I also got a "EXPECT A MIRACLE" card with my purple plates, written with purple ink - I also just bought on EBAY Gooberz. I am so excited I cant wait to sit down and open that book up!  This book looks different from other Gooberz books, maybe because of it being hardcover, but the Name Gooberz is in gold and not orange. It also sayd First edition and First Print, but the date is 1989. Didnt this come out after linda died??? I guess I'll just have to wait till the book arrives to know for sure. Because the desription says "This book combines poetry and prose to create a thoughtful and unique work. Centered on astrology, mysticism, and new age thought to help heighten the reader's awareness of their third eye and their spiritual essence. Her magnum opus, Linda Goodman died in 1995 of adult onset diabetes, as foreshadowed on page 928 of the book." .... and if it talks about linda's death - then the date of print or publication couldnt have been 1989. AQlthough, they coulda copied the decriptions from elsewhere. Anyone know the date the first edition/print was released? Randall??Anxiously awaiting the arrival,

The person who wrote the eBay decription is just stating their opinion about the foreshadowing. Gooberz was released before Linda passed away.------------------

Hey I got that yellow card with Love and Magic, I thought it was hand written because the ink was showing at the back, but my partner assured me it was definantly a copy, but still, it's lovely to have. IP: Logged |
