I really think there is a big connection to goddess in this day and age

I've always felt I understood men better than women. Theyre so much 'easier'....simpler.....in so many ways.

I cringe when I hear people say that you need to find your 'other half', Twin, whathaveyou, to be complete. Nonsense. You have all you need within to complete any task or mission in life. It's YOUR life. Dont wait for another to get started on anything. You may wait forever, as we are not all meant to meet up with our Twins physically in every lifetime.

It's a strong and natural urge. But I think the urge is really You calling out to find Your(true)Self. Until that time, you will not be with your Twin. You may find soulmates along the way (and mistake them for your Twin), but your true other half is something that most dont experience. Only because they are not ready (though most think they are).

People like to use the excuse that another is amnesic, doesnt remember. How do I awaken them?
Maybe THEY are awake and YOU are asleep. Perspective is everything and is often extremely effed up and only based on your personal reality. You could just be caught up in karma, a strong pull in the 3D.

By being her TrueSelf. Not posing as another or being everything she THINKS he needs or wants.

We are never alone. Our Twin is with us every step of the way. And you will only see him, when you look within.

Your longing is for yourself. When you find You, or open up to it rather, your yearning stops and there they are.

We are not here to help someone find us. Or awaken them to us. All is in order and it is Higher. When both parties are ready - really READY - it will happen. No sooner, no later. In the meantime, be your own Twin. It's the only way to meet your(other)Self, no other.

No, men dont NEED us, they need themselves. Just like the rest of us. To be 'whole' with another, youve got to start first with you.

Stop staring out the window waiting for something. It will never come that way. You are looking in the wrong direction.

*edit* And if you dont feel complete right Now, alone - you have work to do. On yourself only. ......if you are 'without' it is because you havent done the work within. You are not ready. Or else it would be.

Hi lotus, I do believe in things that Linda wrote about. Not every single thing or way she viewed it, no. Just because something may have been 'right' for her, doesnt mean it has to be for me. She was human and was seeing things through her own eyes. I have not and will never follow anyone else and what they believe word for word. Some things may ring true, some may not. Its up to each of us to decide for ourselves. Not live strictly by anothers words and beliefs.

I'm sorry you feel I was judging you. What makes you think all of that was even directed at you personally? I was just chiming in on the thread topic and what I thought about what was being discussed.

Of course you are on the right path, for you. Never said you werent. Only you can decide that. Others paths are their own. I dont try and change them.

Is it "humorous" or "immature"? Is it worth "being defensive" about, or is it "ok"?

Firstly it should be understood that attacking a person's ideas is not the same as attacking the person. Debate is ALL ABOUT attacking ideas and not people.

Therefore "not liking what someone says" does not mean "not liking the person".

For instance "beebuddy" thinks that most of what you say is nonsense... "beebuddy" however enjoys you and finds you refreshing at the same time.

Do you see how this is possible?

Your immaturity comment is ridiculous. No one is out to get you, or make arguments with you, this is about sharing ideas and personal opinions, and I don't think you are respecting that.

I happen to have an affinity with Linda and her writings, most of us do here, but that doesnt mean we should limit ourselves to that, we can do more, think for ourselves, and not just be a parrot!!!!
