Does anyone think it's possible to alter things while astral traveling, and then whatever was altered, however it was altered, would be changed in exact replica in the physical plane?

Yes I do believe that is indeed possible. It would take a great deal of energy and the exact frequency for you to alter anything. However it has been done already in the healing field. If you read about Wilhelm Reich's work you'll understand how it was possible. He called the energy in all living things Orgone and he used a very detailed orgonoscope to measure the energy fields. If you change the field you alter the physical. To change something is possible, though your understanding of all the frequencies would have to be perfect. Not only places, but people and in fact space itself.
