I do not know the exact details of Omnec Onec but I can say that Wendelle Stevens is more trustworthy and believable than any government official in the entire planet. thnx for the responses! i've been reading up on her (well what i could find online),and she's interesting, to say the least! she seems to be authentic and i also think she really believe that she is...IQ, must check out the man you mentionedtoo..never heard of him.
