Topic: Do you think aliens have modified our genetics to make us as smart as we are?

Sometimes I am really amazed with how aware and intelligent I am as a human. It's amazing how we exist. So I wonder if one of the causes of our intelligence is due to alien's modifying our DNA which some people argue is true. A show called "Alien Theory" argued that aliens did increase our mental abilities because they examined documents or cave drawings from years ago and thought that the people back then were writing about aliens and maybe how they were gods. And there were drawings of what seemed to resemble UFOs. Another argument I've heard is that humans were bigger and more animal-like until about 10000 years ago where they suddenly got smaller and seemingly more sophisticated. I don't know if this is true. But they claim that that may be the time that aliens came and 'modified' humans. So I want to ask what you guys think and can you give points for or against this alien proposal? And what would you rather believe and why? IP: Logged |

There are so many things out there that we don't know about, it's hard to tell.I've seen documentaries about the UFOs / aliens drawings in caves and it's quite amazing and confusing at the same time. I've also seen pictures of humans that walked the Earth hundreds of years ago and they were huge. Their skeletons were absolutely - huge. So it makes one wonder, for sure. I'm personally not a believer of aliens but I really can't be categorical in my opinion, simply because there are some weird things out there and I don't have the answers to life's mysteries. With that said, I don't think our genetics were modified by someone so that we could become smarter..
I actually think that people back then were very smart, maybe even smarter than us. IP: Logged |

Yes, we have to remember not to equate asvanced technology with advanced intelligence. Really we are just much older than you humans and frankly, we learned a lot from the mistakes we made with you folks. Unfortunately we have no remedies, so you are on your own now!IP: Logged |

LOL, how are you Soren? i have no idea what you do but i really enjoy your posts hehe...Humans are aliens  and from different planetary origins to  hence why some are so dumb and some are so smart....j/k no reasonable explanation anywhere in the galaxy for the why half of them do what they do, thankfully planet Earth is so far away from anything else that is inhabited, or so we would like to believe. Ah! this is where this topic went!
thanks for the movie reminder, one of the James Cameron things i still didn't watch but i want to.But also there is a psychic that predicted everything from the twin tower attacks (this was back in the 30's before they were even built) to the death of Musolini and Hitler to so so many things....and one of his predictions to was just that....human will one day learn about there 'other planets' origins.

I think they modified our genetics to make us as stupid as we are, to keep us locked in a certain brainwave of fear and in their control. Much the same as how our scientists treat the things they genetically modify and experiment with, a mirror of a mirror of a mirror.
If we were really so intelligent we would be living sustainably and with respect to our fellow animal and nature spirits.
