Is the effect of Pluto in the 12th house same as the effect of Scorpio sign in the 12th? Can somebody enlighten me on this please?

There's a correspondence there but no it's not exactly the same. Look to where Pluto is in your chart for more info on how you approach 12th house matters and what role they play in your life.

Thank you Lonake. I actually got this doubt only after reading that thread. Because i don't have Pluto there (12th House) but Scorpio sign. My Pluto is in 10th. I read about that and wanted to know how scorpio sign in 12th house would be interpreted.

Scorpio on the 12th says to me that what's private about you, you want it to stay that way. 12th is also our undoing, so if there are things that work against you it may be issues of misuse of power, Pluto's in the 10th, so possibly power struggles with the parents while you were younger come back to haunt you, but don't use those as excuses to fall into those same struggles with those you work with. Because your h12 ruler is in the 10th, you may have more secrets out there influencing your reputation that you'd like. Just some ideas.

Wow!! You are on dot. Are u an astrologer. I am quite new to this thread so i am little ignorant about the ppl here. If yes then u r a good one 'cause i am having power problems with my subordinate in the office. In the sense he wont listen. It doesnt matter to me if ppl dont listen on little things but when something needs to be done and not doing it is going to create a problem i do insist that it should be tackled. But my sub-ord doesnt think so. He will all the more not listen. His moon sign scorpio. Can u throw some light on that please. In fact 'cause of this i was even wondering whether i should go for a promotion at all. I dont have problems with my bosses though. I never mind listening to them. (99% that is )
