What I'm seeing is someone powerful, maybe used to getting attention with all those planets on the Midheaven. That's in sharp contrast to his twelfth house planets, which I would feel might want to be left alone. He takes himself seriously, with Saturn in the fifth, and he also might be innovative with Uranus there as well.
Does he have problems with his love life? I see Moon square Venus and Venus opposition Neptune. Maybe not too giving of himself, and disillusioned when he does.
