Anyway:
This guy doesn't seem to be a big fan of women, venus conj pluto in 4th=mom issues, also moon in cancer (classic mom issue red light) and topped off with oppositions to saturn (dampens the love) and neptune (doesn't realize his own issues).And since this is in the 5th/house that shows the ability to give/get love, not good.
Aquarius on the 7th, he needs his space, no doubt thanks to mom.
Probably a bit of a hard ass emotionally with a chip on his shoulder.(Reinforced by sun/also ruler of asc squaring jupiter in 12th.

Cont.Sun in scorpio/conj pluto,venus square jupiter, ruler of the 5th(important because it's leo's house, his rising) He is emotionally volitile(did I spell that right)
Also ruler of father ,venus also involved in that stellium in the 4th, so again with the parental issues.Did he loose his father, or is his father some how not there?(ruler of 8th quincux mars in 10th/ruler of 10 conj pluto.)Add 3 planets in capricorn the sign of the father opposite his need for security, sad. He is lacking emotionally.You know not fulfilled, hence authority issues likely.
He's indiscriminate in love affairs and sexually. (pisces on 8th, 5th afflicted, venus afflicted from 12th, ruler of desc. conj,neptune in 5th)

Oh well, doesn't make much difference as I only draw conclusions after I see patterns, not just one thing. And his aspects and signs are very telling.

So without the birth time, you conclude that he's not a fan of women?
Seems kind of soft to me, although I sense he's hiding something. I don't know too much about him. His family just moved. But I sense he's not much good for my sister, and I think she deserves a lot more, considering she's took her time and waited for the right guy. If he's the one for her, he should be something special.

i've noticed for a long time how water signs, with many planets in water, are usually 'gansterish', and act like pimps. i've know many Scorpios who are like this, as well as Pisceans and Cancers. there's many in my previous schools, and now university, but for example P Diddy is a Scorpio, with i think Venus in Scorpio, and he's definately a pimp.
it's funny though, 'cause i have Venus in Scorpio but i detest guys who act like that. i mean seriously, it's not even hot or charming, it's embarassing.

also guys with moon in Cancer act like this way too.

Yeah, even without the time he has such harsh aspects to the 2 planets that represent women, venus and moon. Since one of the panets doing the damage is pluto the other saturn I would think he isn't too kind to women either.
But I could see where a woman might find this exciting if she felt she could 'fill the void in his life' or 'give him the love he never got' or 'he needs me, other women have caused him such pain'.
After everything is said and done a relationship should be a compatability thing. And it doesn't matter who the woman is he isn't that compatable for women. The best he'll do is find a woman who fits his chart and acts out the coldness or rejection so he has to deal with those things.
But I wouldn't want those things for my sister.He can get a psychiatrist for that.

I think she's being pulled in by Venus/Pluto. She's Pluto, he's Venus. He excites her. I think she likes hard characters, too. She likes a challenge. She doesn't like to face the facts about people. Always wants to think the best of them.
I don't think he's a bad kid. I don't condemn anyone. I just want to get a sense of this guy after my first impressions. I'm not very fond of pimpy men.
But anyway, women seem to like him. They find him charming, at least from what I see.

good girl, what exactly are you talking about/ mean about the planets with harsh aspects to the 2 planets that represent women? his venus only has one harsh aspect to jupiter?

a badly aspected moon doesn't really mean he could be terrible against women, as people have said, its how you use aspects in the chart?

if he looks like an idiot, it doesn't really mean he is, check out who he associates with, if they are idiots, or idiot looking people, then hes probably no good.
