what sign is the hardest to compliment another person? what have you guys noticed?

Scorpios, if they're jealous of the other person.
Capricorns and Virgos don't easily accept or believe compliments. Either it's because they're modest, or they know full well their worth (and don't need any reminders).
Leo. They can be greedy-guts, wanting only applause for themselves.

Are you asking which sign has a tough time giving a compliment?

If you are, I would say a number of them, and for various reasons. Any sign feeling proud might not offer a compliment if they're feeling threatened by the other person. Signs that are preoccupied or on a mission may not think to offer compliments as it may not be one of the myriad things that they're thinking about.

I can say that I've experienced situations where compliments were expected, and I didn't offer any. In those cases, I was expected to be impressed, or at least fake it.

I would say virgo and scorpio don't compliment often or easily so if they do give you a compliment you can definately believe its sincere. With libra and taurus being the most complimentary/flattering, this is one of the main things that make some libras so charming.

I would say as far as getting compliments, Capricorns and Virgos, and also Scorpios do not seem to take compliments well at all. I know I am terrible at accepting compliments. I try to, but always feel very self-conscious.
However, I am very generous in my compliments. I always try to find at least one thing about a person that I like no matter what, because I feel it's important for people to feel good about themselves and hear a genuine compliment.

I've found Scorpios and Aries males are pretty tight with giving compliments. I don't think Aries males like sharing the spotlight LOL. I'd say the same of Leos, but I haven't found any shortage of compliments with them, they always seem very gregarious and open with their compliments.
Never had a problem getting a compliment from my fellow earth signs. I have found them generous with compliments. Got lucky, I guess

That's because Scorpios can see the sincerety of the compliment through the person's eyes in a heartbeat.
