Have you ever be on the recieving end of someone's game playing?

I, more than once. And I'm always torn between saying 'quit your playing games' (uranus in 1st, mar/venus aquarius) or participating (pluto in 1st).

I think pisces can be deceptives, geminis probably enjoy the mental challenge of it, but I mainly associate it with pluto/scorpio.

Maybe 8th/12th house placements in the chart?

Mmmmm, not 12th house. I think 12th house placements can sometimes indicate a passive-aggressive energy which might seem to the other like game playing, but really it's more about defensiveness and self-protection.

Never for long or for much.

I have Gemini Sun in the 7th house. So you would think yes, it will love the amusement (for a while). But it lives alongside a Taurus Stellium that can't tolerate wasting valuable time in such a way. Maybe one bored evening in the pub, but it will soon shuffle along to chew cud elsewhere.
