I don't know what storm periods means, but saturn retrograde at the same time as mercury because the 2 signs its going through, aquarius and capricorn are ruled by saturn. (it's the ancient ruler of aquarius).IP: Logged |

The storm period probably means the shadow of the retrograde..You feel the effects leading up to and after the retrograde..IP: Logged |
