Virgo's symbol as virgin (to me, some of you may disagree) has less to do with an actual state of virginity, but rather represents how she can come out of the messiest of situations "untouched". I think it fits well because it always seems that I strike people as the "innocent"one. They never seem to think me capable of anything less than "nice". I'm not sure I'm explaining it well, but do you know what I mean?? I'd like to hear in-put. IP: Logged |

I stumbled across a research of prostitutes and they all had strong Virgo influence as the author said..

Yes, evander, I heard that too.
Virgins were technically women who never married but who also served to initiate and bring men through a rite of passage. Therefor they 'belonged' to no one.
Virgo is a lot like that I think because it's self-contained - not prude, not frigid (like it's been flung around so often), but has an untouched core that it can always return to.
And good girl, maybe it's just you, because most of the other Virgos I know are notorious troublemakers LOL.

She's a Capricorn. I'm not sure exactly why she said that. Maybe she's saying that as a Capricorn she can relate to that untouchable nature she's ascribing to Virgo. I agree with you on that AG (them being sexy). Some of the most sexiest women that I know that exude sexiness are Virgos, moreso than Scorpio. With Virgos, it's a "I know you think I'm sexy cause I know I am." With Scorpio, their sexiness is in their eyes mostly and bodly language secondly. Scorpios have peircing stares. They see your core even when you don't.

Nice got Gemeni  I have met many Virgo females (I work with 4 at the office and one of them was born on the same day as me) and they all look good. There is something different about them than the rest and they are all naughty creatures and sex fiends lol I guess it's the way they carry themselves, they come across as educated, sexy, full of manners, intelligent, and just sexy but NOT VIRGINS, matter of fact far from it when you get to know them lol. I have a very close friend of mine online she is a Turkish Virgo, OMG she is gorgeous but so evil and emotional and she literally hates every female I talk to lol. Prostitutes? I have a good bit of planets in virgo (Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and MC) And I'm married to a Virgo with 5 planets in virgo. we are not innoccent by any means LOL MY husband honestly tries to play the Virgin No joke! I meant the sign of virgo in general.The reason I said that was because with a pluto in my 1st house I am, notwhat people think of me. Don't get me wrong it suits me well that I'm seen as "innocent". But it is so far from the truth that I always have to wonder, is it because of my virgo rising. Truthfully I can be more than a little stinker. Pluto in 1st likes drama,emotional turmoil, once in a while(makes you feel alive, and gives you something to analyze)And with my intensity and obsessiveness, well.....
It sounds like you guys think I was saying virgo isn't sexy.
It's not like I'm some sexless looking ironing board. I mean I'm sort of sexy looking- men often stop to tell me I'm 'stunning' or 'beautiful'. And if I may boast a moment, my favorite was "oh my god! I love you!" yelled in a parking lot. But here's the thing. I'll use an example. One guy, when try to impress me said,"yeah, those are not my types of girl, Ihave always wanted to meet the kind of girl you find in a library (huh!?)...
That is how guys see me....It's so weird. It's like no matter how I am, they seeme as proper/prim.What's up with that?
I figured it was my rising sign. Can't anyone relate to that?

So not naive, innocent or untouched .. in her case its the fact that she looks so aristocratic, sophisticated so she may appear naive. But I dont think its just the sun sign involved Virgo's I know in real life annoy the hell out of me. Okay, I've had more time to gather my thoughts.Virgo is the sign of purificaion. That is a process. When virgo experiences something very unpleasant she automatically begins to analyze and sort. She is purifying her self. The end result is someone who comes out of a situation (in many ways) "untouched". The drive for virgo is always perfection, so there is always a "cleansing" thing going on. And after chaos,turmoil or crisis, a virgo fares better than many signs.Hence coming out smelling like roses...  But YES! we are sexy too!!LOL!! IP: Logged |

As a Virgo. I can be sneaky and troublesom with an 8th house stellium but I try not to wreck or hurt people and try to avoid it as much as possible but I am bit nosy I have to admit, I really love learning about other people, their likes and dislikes.IP: Logged |

Virgos are about communication, analysis, order and cleanliness however none of those things negates their interesting mix of sensuality/sexuality, or their sensitivity. I think people just forget about some of Virgo's other qualities because the outer layer of the energy is sooooo efficient. But like I mentioned somewhere else on this board recently, Virgo Moons are in my top two favourite Moons. They're like one of those lollipops with the surprise in the middle. Yum yum yum. A few things mentioned here resonate with me. I am also not easily phased and tend to cope well with life's challenges. I'd always put this down to experience rather than astrology though but perhaps you have a point.I'm very stereotypical though  I like order, discipline, lists, plans, sobriety, neatness, calm... I'm thinking that having Sagittarius rising saves me - just  ------------------
