Sorry i had to post this here becaues in Astral realms it takes a while to get a response.

Ok i purchased a dream catcher at the weekend and im quiet aware of there orgin and function.

The first night i hung it near my bed..i was so active in my sleep i just kept waking up so many times although that has calmed down my dreams have become more Lucid then ever and more detailed and not only am i more aware but i seem to have more control of what comes into my dreams like i can just think of something and it will happen.
Only thing is im so active in my sleep i seem to be waking up with a headache alot more now.

But i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and do you think they actually work?

First use Psychic Protection with Violet Visualization. These devices may inadvertently transmit ELF waves which cause subliminal mind control.

No no, just use protection and then try it, to be on the safe side. A very safe method is to use a Lapis Lazuli crystal under your pillow for naturally improving Lucid Dreaming.

Also, you might want to try an infusion of damiana if you really want to experience some powerful dreams...where you can have some really interesting sensory experiences.
It's a very relaxing infusion/tea.

Are you having eye trouble recently, by the way?

MVM No just when i look at certain colours thats all. Considering purple/violet are my favourite tones sometimes especially violet can be too much to look at. I love drinking all sorts of herbal teas. I shall take both of your suggestions

I have notuied over the years that i'm always the "brave" one in my dreams. One upon a time i always use to be hiding or running but not anymore! hmm

It's like when i look at certain colours it glows to my eyes. My eyes are pretty odd in the sense that i could have a problem with them then over time they seem to improve on their own. I use to wear glasses when i was younger just for reading watching tv purposes.

Oooh aqua I LOVE dream work! And dreaming
I think you'll like the damiana infusion. It gave my dreams depth and sensory perception. I could taste, smell, and my sense of hearing was heightened in the dream. I thought it was just me, but three of my friends tried it and came back and were like, 'How is it this stuff is legal?' LOL

I asked about your eyes too because you said you woke up with a headache and then were mentioning your eyes hurting...I was going to ask you to go to a doctor!!

lol yh i always have an and off headaches..but i can tell you one thing my dreams i dunno maybe ever since i purchased the DC are more "alive"..even before i i had it i noticed my dreams were highly detailed of late. When i dream about food sometimes it taste so good! and there was one time i could smell perfume in my (no sent tht im familiar with) and it was just so strong!

Im trying to locate a store within London that sales "New Age Items" ect as i do prefer to do my dealing upfront, person to person.

Last night i noticed even more i had the ability to control what i actually see in my dreams.

Hi Aqua,

Mugwort mixed with lavender & chamomile (In a tea or herb-pouch under your pillow) is also good for lucid dreams.

IMO the best new age shops in London are:

Mysteries, Monmouth Street in Covent Garden
Watkins bookshop, Cecil Court off Leicester Square
Charlie's rock shop in Abbey Mills (Behind Savercentre in Colliers Wood)

I've been dealing with something similar lately. For the last four days I've been having conscious dreams. I've also noticed a significant increase in the dreams and details I remember. I can remember details from six different dreams that I had just last night. Before this happened I was lucky if it was one or two. I'm not waking up with headaches, but I'm incredibly tired when I wake up. I don't feel rested at all. I should also mention I don't have a dream catcher, and I've never done any type of meditation to bring this on. I'm also very prone to involuntary astral projection, which I've been dealing with for the last three years now.

mrsxdwinchester that sounds pretty intense. Astral projection i think i have experienced but i was the one being visited. I just put it down to ever since i got the DC just Sunday gone my dreams have inhanced even more now. I think the headache is due to over activity in the mind when i should be at rest as i do this this enough in the day without a headache and know when to switch off when my head hits the pillow but then at some pint during sleep the switch is flicking lol and when awake in between dreams i realise and i feel wide awake then i close my eyes think of something and it either manifest into a dream or vision.

Astral Projection hasn't exactly been fun for me. The first time it happened was absolutely terrifying. I thought it was something demonic. It still always starts in the same way. I was actually having a dream of this when I became "conscious". My mind always seems to be racing during the day, and I can definitely relate to the over activity you must be feeling.

It's fine.
I never mean to do it. I've done no meditation to make it happen. It just does. I've yet to learn how to stop it from happening.
