I was telephoned tonight by an old high school friend who wanted to meet up tomorrow. Of course my response was "Yes" but then she told me that there is a 110% chance that i will also be meeting a not-so-former love of mine. A umm... a person who i considered killing myself over, if i'm going to be honest. Anywho... I asked whether or not i should go and face him tomorrow. I needed universal help, because i honestly don't know if i'm ready or not.

Any insight- you don't have to give a long drawn out explanation if you don't wish to- would do wonders. A simple "it's a good idea" or "this could be harmful to you" would be sincerely, sincerely appreciated.

I'm not a Horary expert, but I have studied it in the past long enough to know that the Moon represents the querent, that's the person asking the question and that when you're looking for a positive answer to a question, there shouldn't be a square or opposition to the Moon, ESPECIALLY from Saturn.

Notice how the square between Saturn and Moon is exact at 21 degrees and 42 minutes. I know enough about Horary Astrology to know that this is the chart saying an EMPHATIC AND CLEAR "NO!"

It's saying "no action should or will be taken." It's the simplest part of Horary and in this case, simple is POWERFUL.

To go a little bit further, remember that you don't use any of the outer planets meaning, no Uranus, no Neptune, no Pluto. So in this case, Saturn is the traditional ruler of Aquarius and that is the 5th house of love and romance in this chart. Once again, it is square the Moon. In Horary, Saturn is a malefic. In other words in Horary astrology there is clearly "good" and "bad" planets and Saturn is considered bad for romance and love here.

Last but not least, before you even have to look at a chart, you're allowed to guage your own feelings and you seem to have indicated that you KNOW it's not time for you to see him yet. Trust yourself. It sounds like excellent self-care for you to create a boundary for yourself by not seeing him. You sound very wise.

I am going to give you the only advice I can, which isn't astrological but psychological.

1. If you go...You have a friend there for moral support, you also can "face the fear & do it anyway" just to see how this person affects your state of mind now that you have dealt with some emotional issues & learn that they no longer have the power over you that they used to & realise your'e free.

or 2. If you you are gripped by real fears of seeing them again to the point that you can't sleep, eat or distract yourself then you are not ready yet.

Now analyze your heart, mind & spirit in peace to make your decision, why? because it's your decision to make & no one else's.

I am still learning and really new at it. I know you are Venus in this case (you are Libra rising here), and Venus looks like she's a bit sentimental to me.
Also yeah, Geo said the moon getting a square from Saturn isn't good. I was reading that the first aspect made to the moon is extremely important in horary, and that square to Saturn is the first, so it's not too great. However, the last aspect does trine your ascendant, so if you do go, you would be able to pull it off. However, I'm just sensing you might not do it all.

So since i was insanely busy i didn't really have extra time. It was just a comfort knowing he was around. He actually persued me for a while. Not in a sexual way, but wanted to spend time together. And we did, but not that much. Said he missed me. Said he changed because of me. Said all those things that turn your insides into baby food. Didn't confess anything though. I didn't receive a romantic soliloquey...

I do want to go. But, like i said, i did this chart because i wasn't sure whether what i wanted was best. Judging the chart, it's not best. And if i go, there may be some awful reprocussions... but, i think i'm willing to deal with the consequences. Very unwise on my part, i know, but if i go and i can keep myself contained than i know i'm ready to move on. At the same time, if i go and i cannot keep myself contained, than i will know that this will just be something that i'll have to cope with for the rest of my life. That i will have to learn to work around it, you know?

BLHAHHHH!!! Nevermind. I ask for help and when i don't get the answer i want, when i'm told i'm not ready i do the WRONG thing by deciding to ignore what's staring me in the face. Stupidity i tell you, plain stupidity.

Thank you for not spanking me and that fairy dust helped me to go right to sleep. But I'll try to be good the next time. Oh wait! There is no next time. Today was the last day on my job, I was laid off so now I can stay up as laaaaaaaaate as I want.
