3rd rules cousins/siblings. Supposedly every other house there after is the next cousin/sibling.

For my cousins this is really accurate. They are 3 brothers. Each described in turn.

Does this work out for you?

It kind of works for me in a way. My 3rd house is Pisces with mars in it and my sister is an aggressive a$$ pisces sun. LOL My 5th house is Taurus and my brother has a Taurus Rising. My 7th house is cancer and I have a another cancer sun sis. Then it gets fuzzy after that.

Seems to be true in my case as well. My third house cusp is Pisces and my sister is a Pisces Sun, and my second sister is a Scorpio with Aries Asc. which is my fourth house cusp, and both sisters have Mars in the 4th house like myself!
