ok now we won't be hijacking heartcakes anymore! I don't want to be a typical leo and continue posting my chart so i'll just tell you what i see. OK so my 5th house is about 1/3 cancer and the rest leo. my sun is at 22 degress so it falls into the 6th house, my mercury follows close by in virgo at 4 degrees but my moon is all the way at the other end at 19 degrees so thats why i don't understand how my moon rules my 5th house. Is it bc cancer enters the 5th house first?IP: Logged |

Yes, that's the reason why. It's technically Cancer 5th . But I am not sure how much justice is served here. This is partially why I prefer Equal house, tho it moves the planets. But the big problem for me is figuring out in general the dilemma between house changes like that.Like, my 11th is Aquarius, but a BIG part is Pisces. So...huh? How do I reconcile that? IP: Logged |

I've heard that it can show a progression in whatever that house is about, so you might start 11th house situations as an Aquarian, but as you stay with that situation you become more Piscean. You may start out friendly, quirky or humanitarian as are associated with Aquarius, and eventually switch to becoming more spiritual or dreamy like a Pisces in 11th house pursuits.IP: Logged |

Yeah Uranus still rules it, but the evolution changes and you morph a little somehow into the next sign I think. If you want it equal, the use Equal house system. I sometimes do, just feels more clear to me. IP: Logged |

I think so....I am still trying to figure it out though....hopefully my brain will wrap around how it translates in my behaviour so I can give a solid example. IP: Logged |

A lot of schooled astrologer go for equal house as it's the old way apparently. I mostly like Placidus or Koch. IP: Logged |

there's not much difference in my chart between those 2. I would use Placidus bc that seemed to be the widely used one. so i guess if you use both Placidus and equal to see which related more to the person it might help. but in the end using placidus and having co-rulers would probably defeat that process to begin with.ugh...i feel like a hamster running on a wheel. I just checked mine, and there's little difference in mine as well, though my Moon moves to it's natural home in the 4th house.IP: Logged |

ok so for relationship trends geo told me to look at my 5th, 7th, and 11th house and their rulers moon, venus, and saturn. so does this mean that when these planets are strongly aspected that the relationship makes a bigger impact on me? what about the planets aspects to themselves in my natal? would i be more attracted to people that had the same aspects in their natal? or in our synastry? im thinking synastry more but im trying to cover all bases...
