The question is: Are we going to be a couple?

Umm...shouldn't the question be: How much trouble can I get myself into on my job and my personal life and how quickly can I sabotage my life?

That's what I saw before I even looked at the chart. Consider those things that you said first and then read the rest here.

OK, here it is. The Moon in this chart suggests you, the querent. The Moon is placed in Libra, the sign of relationships and social issues. It is in the 12th House of what can not be seen and hidden enemies. So you're considering a relationship with a co-worker who you are aware could be your enemy. Hmm...not a good idea.

Notice how the Moon is square Mars. Mars in horary is considered Malefic, yes it's bad. Mars rules the house of partnerships and in this case, "open enemies" since Mars is the ruler and square (horary bad aspect) to the Moon representing YOU.

Now, to be fair, Venus also represents you since it rules the 1st House. Venus is sextile Mars, probably suggesting the underlying feeling of romantic connection, but it's not strong enough. Just enough to make you think things could work out. Also because both Mars and Venus are in signs where they are exalted.

Last but not least of what I can see here is that Saturn Retrograde is located in the 11th House of Love Received. Saturn is the greater malefic in horary and it puts a stop to things, Saturn says no. Saturn is a big boogie head.

Now Venus is moving toward an opposition with Saturn and Moon is moving toward a square with Mars. Somehow you can count the degrees as days or weeks to when you'll know the actual answer. You may know in 2 or 3 days about the competition between the two of you and your feelings of strange attraction for him may end in 7 days when Venus opposes Saturn.

Hopefully I'm wrong about all of it because I like for everybody to be happy.

But...just the way you described it (that's why I made it bold, for clarity) sounds like trouble with a capital "T" from the very beginning. Do you really want to start something with a co-worker??? Not a good idea. But let us know what happens anyway because...Enquiring minds want to know.

I do have a question, though. Why did you say the Venus-Mars sextile isn't strong enough?

IF you would have asked, whether you would be together happily ever after... then the answer would be: NO
The reasons:
-Between Moon and Mars there is a mixed reception (positive and negative)
-Moon will square Mars - showing the tension, and the upcoming problems
-Moon will aslo square the MC - i suspect some problems at work
-Moon's last aspect is a square with the Sun (which is the ruler of your 11th house of hopes... so you might get diasappointed)

Two other notes:
-Both of your significators (Venus and Mars) are exalted, so you both are prety confident in yourselves
-The Moon is in a cardinal sign plus in the 1st house (withhin 5 degrees, always have to count the planets to the next house) so i guess things will happen quickly

Usualy what i heard in horary is that for a positive answer the rulers must apply to eachother by a positive aspect (sextile or trine, or even conjuction) also the Moon as well. So in your case Venus is applying by sextile to Mars, both are exalted and in eachother triplicity, so they are strong! I think you both like eachother ... quite a lot! Moon also applying to them but by hard aspect! Moon in the relationship sign of libra and in 12th shows your hidding interest regarding a relationship with him.

I first think the answer to your question must be YES! But also are important all the Moon aspect on the way, especially the last aspect Moon does before leving the sign is in, to see how things will end up. So first could be a conflict starting from him or because of him, then the possibility to become a couple. And the last aspect is with the Sun - and is a square! Sun is the ruler of the 11th house. But I really don't know how to interpret this one. Maybe you'll have the relationship but you'll end up just being friends or this relationship will afect your friendship somehow.

I also noticed both of you have a affinity with Jupiter. You receive by face Jupiter and him is in Jupiter terms. Jupiter here is the ruler of the 3rd and 6th house, so maybe there is the connection with your job. I don't see how the 3rd house come to play, maybe some kind of communication betwen u 2?!?!

also is an explanation there about how to read this table but I don't know exactly what means this connectin. I just notice is a affinity for both of you and Jupiter and I look which house it represent. Maybe are people here with more experience in horary that could help.
