Whether using Placidus or Whole Sign Houses...

When a planet which is in the 12th house, natally, crosses the Ascendant by progression,

SA Neptune just about conjunct ASC and SA Pluto conjunct MC/Uranus.

I am looking forward to Neptune crossing my Asc by Solar Arc.

I think its going to be something great. You let me know how it goes for you.

As for the Secondary Progressions:
Yeah, my Asc is in Pisces, and so is my Moon (in the first).

Also, my Progressed MC will conjunct my natal Neptune next year...

And my Progressed Sun will hit it the year after that!

Then the year after that (in 3 years) that Solar Arc Neptune hits my Ascendant.
