What aspects in a person's chart makes them behave immaturely with a high school like mentality well into adulthood? You know, acting as though they belong to an exclusive club, letting some into the "inner circle" while leaving others out in the cold?

No-one is immune to that behaviour. It's natural to click with some and not others and want to be around those you like. Why surround yourself with people you don't like?

Having cliques can be dangerous, and when you're deliberately leaving someone out, that's bullying.

PeaceAngel-How would you know whether or not you like them if you never gave them a chance in the first place?

FistofLegend-So if you consider this type of behavior as bullying, then what aspects make for a bully?

Stay away from cliques and stay with the people you click with.

I always give people a chance. I love people and meeting them. Aquarius Moon in 11th. On the odd ocassion I find someone I don't like, or if it is clear they don't like me, I don't have anything to do with them.

I think, Moon in 11th values friendships/people, and Aqua in 11th can distance.

EDIT: added astro details.

Personally, I don't think astrology is something where you can pick one aspect and assign it to perceived negative behaviour.

There are energies that blend together in either a flowing or a tense way, and can be used for good or ill. If it is a tense aspect, it takes more effort to use them in a positive way, but the drive is also stronger.

As astrologer, if we look at a chart with a preconceived judgement that someone is immature or some other negative characteristic, I don't think we will get anywhere. It's hardly objective. We will just be looking at something to confirm what we have already decided.

What drives the chart's owner? And when you look at how it's energies combine with another chart, what are those individuals bringing out in each other? How can they be used to improve the relationship, and avoid negative patterns of behaviour? This is where astrology can be really helpful.

For example, if I look at a work colleagues chart and find his Mercury is Opposite my Mars (true life example) I know I should watch my tongue and try not get into unnecessary arguments. I can sit and say he is Mercury Leo so is bossy and thinks he knows everything so it's all his fault, but that isn't going to help our relationship any, and we have a job to do.
