Topic: Ruler of descendant in Aquarius, is Saturn?

I've started reading this book, Relationship Analysis: Astrology: A Language of Life by Robert P. Blaschke and it says there, that you should check for the descendant ruler, and if the descendant is in Aquarius you should consider Saturn as the descendant ruler, not Uranus?I knew we're using traditional rulers in horary readings, but are we suppose to for natal readings as well? Some use the old school planetary rulers with natals too.Why not both?! IP: Logged |

you could use both of course, it's just that this way you don't have a clear image of your chart. too many alternatives can be confusing.IP: Logged |
