I do notice that he has Sun in Libra square Moon in Cancer which can indicate that there can be problems with getting involved with opposite sex with his self expression being more outgoing,social but his emotional nature is more of introverted,homebody type
He could be a charmer and very nurturing if he wants to.

His Saturn-Neptune in Capricorn square his Sun in Libra. If anything, there is a possibility that he could have problems with relationships because of insecurity.....his self expression can be restricted and could have hard time understand himself as there could be uncertainty confusion....this could be connected to the relationship with the father. That something to watch out for. He needs to feel comfortable with himself before he can be comfortable with others

Moon in Cancer as well as Venus in Libra square Neptune in Capricorn can indicate being very sensitive person..especially in love and relationships with women which might be nurturing or he might nurture. There can be issues with idealizing in relationships. There could be possibility of even overidealizing,not seeing loved ones clearly.....also there could be possible confusion and deception whether it's from him or from others. I would say he should try to be spiritually oriented,compassionate,inspirational.

His Mercury-Venus in Libra is square Neptune, and this can indicate that he could problems with communications, especially in relating to others and it can involve confusion. With Mercury in Libra square Uranus, his thinking could be considered outside the norm but be innovative,and this can involve relationships. I wouldn't be surprised if he thinks and feels that nobody gets him. He is so hard to pin down with the hard Neptune aspects. With Neptunians,it's hard to judge them because they are so hard to pin down....if you judge them, you can actually end up misjudging and misunderstanding them. What makes it even worse is that often they even misunderstand themselves(especially if they underestimate themselves out of insecurity) and can have problems understanding others at times......with Venus involving, this can apply to love and relationships. This is the type of person that needs to feel secure inside himself before he gets in a relationship. If he doesn't,his insecurity can draw in the the wrong types of people, and then he later on he might regret,and then he might do what he can to escape from the issues in his relationship. That's just a possibility. It's not an actual thing.

If he resolves the issues, he could be a person that can manifest his ideals,dreams into reality for he will be grounded,practical with his imagination,sensitivity which can lead to better relationships.
