I think it's like horary in that you need to be as specific. The answer will keep changing in a way. IP: Logged |

thanks. problem is i think i asked the same question again today, and forgot i did indeed ask the same question before:-(. i will stick to the first spread and study it more. oh, I am planning on travelling the end of the year! i did my own spread yesterday and the final card, was the world reversed. i interpret it as i feel stuck here, or perhpas i won't go that soon? i kind of have to go, i start school this fall, so how else should I read it?
about my love life now, you are right I concentrate way too much on my career/school than love ! love will come when it comes, I cannot be impatient about it. so no change. nothing serious. IP: Logged |

I did my friends spread, don't remember the whole 10 cards, but the last card was the lovers reversed. her question was about general love life this year. is that a bad card to have?IP: Logged |

On the contrary - the World card means travel in relation to your question. I don't read reversals personally though. If you want more depth of meaning to the last card, choose one more card and it will elaborate the meaning.EDIT: The Lovers is not a bad card at all. It's very positive. Again, just add one last card to elaborate and clarify. IP: Logged |

btw, why don't you consider reversals? I have read that the lovers when you ask about a love question and you are involved with someone could mean a separation? My friend is single so that does not apply to her.IP: Logged |

Tarot is more personal than horary in a way, but yes, you can totally use tarot like horary astrology. IP: Logged |

Reversals annoy me because they confuse me I feel like they over-complicate things...plus my mind goes, well, I need to make sure all the cards are upright when I shuffle, and some of them will end up being reversed. But some people read reversals and swear by them, so I guess it's just different for everyone. okay doing some research online about reversed tarots, its really up to the tarot reader to use them. some interpret the reversed as an up-right card. but reversed can also mean difficulty in the situation but it depends on the whole reading I guess.IP: Logged |

I've never put any emphasis on reversal cards as well. I just flip 'em to the right side instead of reading it as a reversal, but I may have to try it out sometime. IP: Logged |

I've read tarot for 15 years and don't use reversed cards, there are enough cards in a deck that can show "negatives" and on a celtic cross spread i actually go over it 3 times to get a better picture in each position that way when you're looking at an outcome you can clearly see whether it's good or bad and this works very well for me,(the idea came from another clairvoyant a few years back) lovers in outcome would imply a choice between 2 ideals which can manifest as 2 people,i think you can ask the same question coz the cards have a habit of giving the same overall answer if nothing has changed IP: Logged |
