So I just read briefly on horary charts so my knowledge is very limited. I asked a question and noted the time and plugged that into astro.com .. the question was , Does "Person B" still feel the same way about me as I feel about him? Does he feel the emotional attachment/intensity and love that I feel..is it reciprocated? This is the chart (he is a Pisces sun, for reference)

So..my interpretation using my inferior horary skills: Venus is in the 7th and the Moon (me) sextiles that 0 degrees. That indicates the question I asked, right? Neptune (him) is in the 5th house and squares the Moon..does this mean he only feels a casual romance with me?

Im not sure how to interpret Mercury (me)'s aspects..what do you see here?

I did a tarot reading for it but I'm a noob at tarot.

Nevertheless, basically you guys broke up and he's sort of introverted and doesn't trust you or doesn't feel stable with you. If you want him back you have to show him that you can be trusted.

amowls..how does 27 degrees signify that it is too late to answer the question?

thanx for the tarot reading! you are right..we did break up, he is introverted (very), and it would seem that he doesnt trust that my feelings for him will be stable..we had problems with that in the past, probably the real reason for the breakup.

I did another tarot reading to see if you should pursue proving to him that you are trustworthy.

no, the only person he's been involved with is me. we saw each other twice last week and it was amazing..but now he hasnt contacted me at all again..that's why i asked the question i guess =/

27 degrees means the time has past or it is too late, Usually anyway in horary the first 3 or last 3 degrees means its too early or too late. It's just one of the standard rules.

However the venus on the desc is exact sextile to the moon ( one of the 2 planets that rule you).
Also his 5th/love is ruled by the sun which is conj chiron (I consider the ruler of virgo) in your 5th.

So while it is too late, that doesn't mean for the relationship it means for your particular question. So since there is such indicators that he does feel the same (as stated above) I think the "too late", means "it's already been decided and the answer is yes.
