for example, my moon in the ninth house, does this influence my moon being a certain way atall? or does this just mean my moon is effected by things related to the ninth house?

my ninth cusp is in pisces, same question, does this just mean i'll experience ninth house subjects in some kind of piscean way? or does this cusp and placement make my moon piscean slightly? and if so, to what degree.

iv allways wondered this for all houses.

same question for aspects, things like mars trine pluto, my mars is in virgo in the 2nd, does this make my mars slightly taurean and even more earthy? it sextiles my pluto in scorpio, does this make my mars slightly scorpionic? does this make my pluto slightly virgo?
