If the way money(venus ruled/2nd house) is spent can tell us how freely a person gives love (also venus ruled/2nd house).....and our possessions (venus/2nd) show what we value (also venus/2nd house).... then do our neighbors (3rd house/mercury) show our mind set(3rd/mercury)? or what does your siblings(same) show about your mind set (same)? When I had given up astrology and my more new age mind set... lo and behold new neighbors moved in next door... wiccans.
