i have sun AND moon in leo. i don't know my exact time of birth but i guess my sun could either be in the 7th or 8th house. and my moon is defiantly in the 8th. i have cancer in mars. and mercury and Venus in the 8th house. you still there with me? hehe i have a point. just in a second. so any book i read they all say that water signs in sun signs can see through a person's soul and they look deeper inside a person. THIS IS ME TO THE T. if i meet someone i don't get to know them by superficial qualities. i look deep into their eyes to see who they are and i feel intuitively i see it. if i get an impression of that person, i'm usually right. i usually can tell if i like someone just by meeting them. i can tell the psychopaths too right away when i meet them and im usually right lol. i look in the eyes always and im totally like a water sign. BUT i only have water in cancer and everything else is earth and fire, and some air. so i dont know if i believe in this whole rule that sun signs are so important? IP: Logged |

well you have personal planets in eight house....and 8th, 4th and 12th house planet placement are usually prominent in psycics...also your moon is in cancerand remember that fire is v intutive ...specially leo is a very intutive mystic sort of sign IP: Logged |

welcome to the club( about the leo thing ).i didn't know the 4th/8th/12th houses influence the psyche of a person? that explains a part of my personaly, pluto in the 4th. i think mercury though, is a huge influence on the MIND. my mercury is in virgo, mentally feel like a virgo alot. IP: Logged |

yes 4th 8th and 12th houses are prominent in chart of people who have psychic abilities....eg Nella jones who was a famous british psychic had a heavy duty 12th house....and my personal theory is ....that as 12th is a in public domain (10, 11 and 12 house are related to people at large)....if u have 12th house influence u may have pyshic abilities that can be taken as a profession i also know one person who has heavy duty 12 house...he can experience OBE, has true dreams IP: Logged |

 emma you misunerstood. i have mars in cancer not moon in cancer. my moon is in leo so i have moon,mercury and venus in 8th house, and my neptune is in 12th house. and my neptune conjoins my rising sign (in capricorn) i have a STRONG affinity for water. i see myself very pisces like. more so than a leo and people are always shocked when i tell them i'm a leo. post your chart herei am leo too....but my leo is not very obvious....cz my chart ruler is cancer and i have v heavy earth influnce..... where is yr chart ruler and whts its sign....
and your crowded 8th house is enough to make you v watery and also u may have water singleton in yr chart anyway post yr chart IP: Logged |

So what is your Water rising sign Emma?? since you are a Leo and your rising is in Water that is like a uff an affliction from the start but from what I understand Leo mixed with something like Scorpio is "terribley intense."IP: Logged |

Oh c'mon not every Leo acts the same, some are shy and quiet. I'm one of those quiet subtle Leo Suns. My Sun and Mercury are either in the 8th or 9th house, its hard for me to figure this out since I have Sag. Asc. and the 9th is ruled by Sag. (which is supposedly also very extroverted). I don't have Leo moon, but one of my good friends who is 2 weeks younger than me is a Leo Sun with Leo Moon and Libra Asc. At first she is not the most outgoing, and doesn't seem to be all that Leo like, maybe it has to do with her moon being conjunct her Sun. You should figure out your Ascendant sign, this may clear up things. If you have any retrograde planets in your first house than you'll most likely be more of an introvert no matter what the Sun sign may be. IP: Logged |

I'm an 8th house Leo Sun with Cap rising and a watery chart. I've gone through life phases where I feel less Leonine, but generally, when I'm happy, I'm super-duper Leo.The sun is the essence of your character, so I think your sun reveals itself when you're feeling the most "you." You could also be confused by wrong leo stereotypes--LOTS of Lions are shy, sweet, unassuming, and are not superficial gold-diggers. However, I've never known a Leo without a big huge heart and a big huge ego. Even the sweetest, shyest ones love a compliment. IP: Logged |

Without an exact birth time, you can tell NOTHING about your chart.I read for a friend, and his birth time was 5 minutes wrong. After we got his birth certificate, his Sun moved from his 6th to his 7th house...enormous difference. EDITED: oops, missed your post about birth time. I guess you don't have a way to get a more exact one...but you can keep trying out diff. times at 10 minute intervals till you find one that really fits. IP: Logged |

nevermind of me not being a leo. today my brother and i got into a fight and usually he criticizes me like crazy and its usually not true so i'm not usually too hurt by it but today he critisimed me and i HATED IT SO MUCH because well, i knew what he was saying was absoletly true. he said i was a brat who complained when i didn't get my way, secretly i do this ALL the time, which would explain a moon in leo in the 8TH house.or sun in leo in the 8th house but with him i act totally bratty if i don't get my way and then i do judge him (virgo ) when he doesn't do what i want which isn't really nice! for the first time with him i was like you know what you are right! i am doing all these things. i usually get defensive (totally leo) i think secretly i even lie to myself that i'm this really perfect wonderful person but I'M NOT! yes i'm wonderful but i have faults too! and boy do i have faults and you know its ok i have to admit them but i just HATE being criticized.
