If you relocate it changes the house cusps
So, will that change the outcome of your
natal chart?

For instance, say you have neptune in your seventh when you were born and now mercury is in the seventh ?

Will it affect the actual natal chart or just affect the behavior? Will you be atracted to a mercury instead of a neptune?

You never lose the natal. it is the most powerful, but you can give it a positive boost, but it blends. (I know~sounds confusing)
