Edit: Ok, you have a lot of Saturn aspects between you two which, although an indicator of a lasting connection with this person, does not indicate "compatibility." In fact, you two may find each other at odds often, especially since there are some harsh aspects involving Mercury. His Sun and Mercury are square your Mercury, which means that communication and finding mutual understanding may be difficult for you. On the other hand, your Mercury and his Pluto are tightly conjunct. This is usually a kind of "therapist" aspect, in the sense that you are the patient and he is the therapist. You may be communicating and reasoning with him, and perceive yourself as finding answers from him when in reality it is his Pluto simply facilitating transformations within yourself.

Without a birth time, it's hard to say, but his Moon possibly conjunct your Chiron would be a very karmic connection, since his expression of emotions and feelings and your expression of desire to heal and help selflessly are aligned. This is not definite, however. Your opposing Moons are a sign of classic "compatibility," although other aspects in the chart may overwhelm the relationship at times.
