yeah.....soft aspects involving Neptune-Venus aren't known as event-oriented aspects in Cosmobiologysoft aspects are classified as merely conditions in an individual's environment, and not as good fortune to be realized at some point in the future.
on the other hand, hard aspects represent the conditions which are seemingly thrust in our path as we live life. The conditions can be mapped and their severity calculated,but they are no means instruments of fate or bad luck.
Transiting Neptune conjunct Venus would be considered a hard transit and therefore an event-oriented transit.
Transiting Neptune trine Venus is considered an easy transit and therefore a psychological condition transit.
in order for easy aspects to manifest as events, action needs to be taken
this action tends to be reflected by hard aspects,midpoint configurations whether by natal,transit,solar arc,secondary progression, even synastry (if you feel a another seems to pushes you to act).
easy aspects all by themselves don't reflect the events. It's a combination of aspects that include the hard aspects.
declination aspects,midpoint pictures also are considered factors in Cosmobiology when it comes to events
Cosmobiologists stress the following:
the combination of the unique characteristic of each planet involved.
the role a planetary aspect plays in relation to the entire chart as a unit.
how the individual chooses to react in a given circumstances (positively or negatively).
environmental conditions.
Of course, I believe free will is the ultimate factor.
Transiting Neptune conjunct Venus could manifest in numerous ways in regards love
a negative manifestation could be hooking up with somebody in a nightclub, getting drunk with that person, and end up having sex with them. Then you start getting all attached to that person, thinking that you love him. Later on, you find that he's not what you thought. You find out that he's been cheating on you with another person. What's worse is that he's an alcoholic,and he drinks a lot and gets involved with other women at bars. You think that you two have something special, especially when you end up pregnant with his child which he refuses to support.
positive manifestation could be going to a spiritual,metaphysical seminar. A person ends up sitting next to you, and you end up feeling attraction to that person. You strike up a conversation with that person. You and that person find that you have a lot have a strong affinity with each other. You two feel that you have much in common. You like that you're both interested in spiritual,metaphysical things. After the seminar class is over, you exchange phone numbers and say good bye for now. You two talk on the phone and enjoy nice conversations and end up dating each other. You take things slowly and don't even have sex for a few months because you feel that there is no rush, there is all the time in the world to have sex, and you focus on the romance and the spiritual depth of the relationship. You feel more and more closer to each other, and you support and care for one another. Then you both realize that you truly love each other and feel like soulpartners, and so you finally make love to each other (not sex) like you're having kama sutra. Therefore all levels of intimacy are high. Then you decide that you want to live together and spend the rest of your lives with each other.
those are just a couple of possible manifestations for those transits
they can be about artistic,creative endeavors. They could be about spiritual event like going to a retreat or even finding a spiritual teacher.
