My dad is Sag Rising with a Libra MC and he works for the federal government. He started out working for the UN as an "international civil servant" and then moved on to Congress in the international affairs committee and now he's at the State Department in the Public Affairs Bureau. His Venus is conjunct his IC and in Aries.

This person, though I would say is an accountant due to his/her Venus in the 2nd.

yes libra on MC shows engagement with artistic pursuits as ones professional id. and leasing apartments probably is second house affair...though second house is one of the house which i am not very clear about.....but it defonetly shows something to do with basic necessities of life
