Mmmm I wonder that as well. A guy that I knew had my sun, mercury and mars in his 8th house and he was indifferent to me. So I have no idea how it played out haha. I know for sure I REALLY wanted to be his friend and his moon was in my 11th. So I think overlays are felt. I just don't know how they feel to the other person.
