godd....so i used this calling card. i dialed exactly what the directions told me to and i got connected to france several times... and then i realized that i needed an extra one for the area code and got connected... 15 minutes later her first words were "we're a little late..." and i said "my calling card connected me to france..." and then she laughed, so i guess im in the clear... then she told me that i had to called in 30 minutes because she got caught up in a meeting and that she was "really really sorry to do this me" and then i said "oh, don't apologize... i'm the one that's late.." and then she giggled again and said "30 minutes then?" and then i said ok and now im nervous as hell, caffeined up (12:54am here in Korea) and LATE. flkasuwalnjwa7tyb2v3 IP: Logged |

oh boy...so... i think... i'm hired... the interview went really smoothly. she didn't really ask me too many "interviewy" questions besides why are you in korea, etc and then asked me logistics. we even discussed orientation dates that i could go to. i made her laugh a ton and she said that we should keep in contact via email. two concerns came up though: where i'm gonna live (they don't provide housing, and i plan on living in a hostel while looking for a place) and the fact that she's a bit apprehensive about never meeting me since i'm so far away. however, she did say that she was really impressed with my resume and what i'm doing in korea. so.... i guess i'm good. she gave off a vibe that told me that i was basically hired... but i could always be wrong. Transit venus is squaring your natal neptune. Could be why.
Transit pluto opposing your sun, could also be doing a number on you emotionally, making things not so clear.

Argh. Pain. Agony...I didn't get the job because they didn't need as many counselors as they thought because not as many kids signed up this year for camp. And the job hunt continues. I'm pretty sure half of New York has seen my curriculum vitae. IP: Logged |
