i read that its effect will still be felt until it "returns" to the original position where it started retrograding (that's in late May).on contrary to most people's experience my Venus retro experience has been super cool... i'm a bit afraid if all that will come crumbling down now, or if it was some sort of a phase to reassess things from the past to make it stronger. time will tell... I haven't started dating anybody during the retrograde Venus. I thought it wouldn't be a good to get romantically involved. I have been working on dealing with my feelings for my exgf who broke up with April 2nd of last year. I feel that's what transiting retrograde Venus in my 7th and 8th is about.
I deleted my yahoo,msn,and other profiles. I decided to be a member of only Spiritual Singles because I just want spiritually oriented partner. I realized that I am not going to find her on the other sites. Transiting Retrograde Venus conjunct my retrograde Chiron in Aries in 8th when I joined Young Living Essential Oils meetup because I want to learn to about essential oils to use with massage. I made friends with the organizer there. She has ADHD like me,and she's interested in using essential oils for ADHD. I feel like I need to be a lot more sociable than I have been doing. I talked to my shaman healer about it, and he even told me that I should go out and do things. He even told me that he goes to nightclubs too. He's very down to earth. He's a typical man in some ways. hahahaha It helped me realize that I can be spiritually oriented and still go to a club to socialize,dance,and meet women. I have been feeling very lonely too. Transiting retrograde Saturn in my 1st conjunct my Ascendant and contraparallel my Moon can reflect that loneliness. I realize that I need to lighten up a lot,and I need to stop being too serious. That's seems to be a fault of mine. I am too serious,and I take life to seriously. Transiting Venus was in my 8th opposing my Uranus in Libra in 2nd when it went retrograde. When it goes direct tomorrow in my 7th, it will be opposing my Pluto in Libra in 1st. Both transits have to do with change,letting go. The former is about learning detachment. Transiting Sedna in Taurus in my 9th is opposing my Venus in Scorpio in 3rd less than 1 degree now,and I feel that has to do with higher consciousness being involved in my lovelife as well as my valuing higher consciousness. This fits with my wanting to do massage therapy volunteer work. I did a massage for a person who answered my ad asking for volunteers,and he told me that I did a great job. I want to use massage therapy to help neurodivergent people. The transit also fits with my spiritual studies and attending the unity church.

for me it WAS a time of review and i am looking forward to making use of that review heading into the future!the other day as it retro'd over my daughter's sun we watched PS I LOVE YOU together...like the woman in the movie, she was "robbed" of someone she was still in the honeymoon period with, so it was a sad but very healing couple of hours for us... Huzzah!I'd forgotten about the retrograde for a while. My housekeeping has suffered...And I've been sort of casually getting to know a few men and my ex popped back into my life for some unknown reason. Well, Wednesday late at night, I finally had the blowout I'd been having at that ex for many months now, only out loud. He has a convenient brain filter that interprets things only in ways that stroke his ego...but whatever, I can't help that. What a relief! It really really is over with him and hopefully he won't come back around again. Woot! Onward to new men! IP: Logged |

I don't know how long venus was in retrograde but with my guy we had our ups and downs, mostly downs but for the better because it has made our bond stronger. We have big differences but we communicate and he is very understanding. I got to meet his family over this week.
At home we had major financial difficulty but nothing can't be fixed...Overall not so bad. =)Venus in Gemini in the 12th
