For months now transiting saturn has been conj my venus in my 5th. I am absolutely heartbroken! This transit hasn't caused a lack of men or sex in my life, in fact quite the opposite. But everyone has been a huge dissapointment and betrayed or abandoned me just as soon as I was falling in love with them. I have never felt so alone as I do now. I seem to be on the verge of tears 24/7.

I'm sorry scrappydog! I know it sucks, but just keep these men at arms' length and make sure they earn your trust.

Scrappy

It sounds like you're going through a difficult time, however IMO Saturn transits are a time of cleansing. Saturn is like a chimney sweep that gets rid of the fakes & flakeys. The disappointment/s feels harsh, but most of what remains in your life after the transit is authentic.

Perhaps the lesson Saturn is teaching you here is that this is an opportunity to fall in love with yourself again?

I don't believe transits cause events. I believe that transits are in synchronicity with events. The transits can show what lessons that we are experiencing.

In Saturn's case, the lessons involve "keeping it real", being practical, grounded, mature, disciplined

Saturn transits are reality check transits.
Saturn transits are like "enough is enough, I am through putting up with this crap"
If there is a Pluto transit involved, it can indicate a time of eliminating things that are no use to you.
If there is a Uranus transit involved,it can indicate a time of liberating yourself from what's holding you back and being independent
If there is a Jupiter transit involved, it can indicate a time to expand beyond your horizons and being free
If there is a Neptune transit involved,it can indicate a time to let ego issues get washed away and being more selfless

I know that Saturn transits can seem to suck. Transiting Saturn was squaring my Neptune and was opposing my Moon last year. My exgf broke up with me. I also had transiting Stationary Pluto square my Pluto, exactly conjunct my Venus/Node midpoint which indicate a time of eliminating what's no useful whether I like it or not. Transiting Uranus was trining my Venus, and that indicate a time of changes involving love, relationships.

I really made a mess of that transit, I fought against being dumped, and I made these transits harder than I had to be. I had a hard time letting go....especially with my having Sun,Mercury, and Venus in Scorpio.

I was in unhappy in this relationship, and I wanted changes to be made. It really was becoming an unhealthy relationship for my exgirlfriend wasn't doing anything to make our relationship better because she was focused on her mom's feelings and disregarded mine.

Now I realize that I am lucky to get out of that relationship. I know that I deserve much better.

You do too. Transiting Saturn is about keeping you real. Then you can be no-nonsense about relationships.

Reality checks are what Saturn transits are about.

Sorry, Scrappy.
It'll pass. Saturn is leaving my 5th and has been on my sun for going on 2 years. I can't say it's been light and fun but it has been EXTREMELY helpful. My love affairs have not been light-hearted either, and I went through a painful separation and divorce.

I'll have it conjunct my Venus soon. It's already squared it and my Mars, and believe me, THAT was ugly.

Just keep in mind it's all passing. Saturn doesn't make things happen, it just shows us our weak spots and brings our attention to them.

I HATE hard Neptune transits. I've just not gotten used to them. What the hell are they good for anyway?!

spiritual growth that involves
learning to use idealism, sensitivity in a health manner. Learning about compassion in a health manner and learning to avoid addictions, confusion, and victimization

I have hard Neptune aspects natally

I think hating the transits just makes the transits worse....because you focus so much on the negativity. I think law of attraction can be helpful when it comes to dealing with hard transits.

Thanks for all the help you guys. I really identified with what deliverance said about it sweeping everything clean. Yeas it's sweeping my social and love contacts clean because they were fake to begin with. I know this is all good in the long run, it just hurts like hell right now.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficult time you've been having! Saturn can be quite difficult, but I promise you will lighter and happier, once this transit is through. Just take life day by day, and before you know it, all will be cleansed.

Saturn's teaching you responsibility and maturity in love. All these men who are coming in and out of your life, each have an important lesson to teach you. By having so many men in your life as opposed to the usual Saturn limiting men in your life, it may be to teaching you to have more discipline and discretion in who you allow into your life. Saturn is teaching you to be the bouncer at your own door.

Things will get better. Through these disappointments, you will learn a lot about yourself, and your relationship patterns! Be introspective. Good luck!

It will pass, don't fret Scrappy. Saturn transits make you so much stronger & wiser. Keep your chin up x

What would the experience of Saturn conjunct Moon in the 9th be like? Is is generally about a relationship with a significant female in an intimate sense or can it be representative of the Mother? In this case, Saturn would also be squaring the Ascendant so I thought this could also indicate a time when one is challenged to make changes in terms of expressing emotions with women.

Scrappy, I currently have Saturn transiting my 5th and I actually entered into a very serious relationship. I agree that this is a good chance to figure out what it is you really want out of a relationship/who do you want to be with? That bouncer analogy is a good one

Hard transits are a pain, but they can teach us a lot. It's like forcing ourselves do exercise, at the beginning it's really hard, but then we will be able to get more and more used to it and overcome it.
With Saturn, we can learn how to be stronger and firmer. ^_~

Hmm but maybe with the help of Saturn, you can try to think why things happens in certain ways, and how to avoid such situations.
