But look at this, from my chart:

Saturn Scorpio, end of house 9
Uranus Sagittarius, end of house 10

The end of a house, Is this like a cusp? Because I identify with descriptions of Saturn in house 9 and 10, 50/50 about I guess. With Uranus, I identify more with house 10, than 11.

Are you supposed to read the descriptions of both houses and mix and match? I think so.

I have my POF (in Leo) on the cusp of my 11th house. It could have meaning for 10th and for 11th.

11th house isn't, as I don't have some great luck with friends and less with the group of the people. Beside that I don't like crowd.

Uranus in the 10th suits me when I see this description (bolded parts are 90-100% spot on, my comments are in ( ):

You're strongly individualistic, original, independent, inventive, insightful, and altruistic with Uranus in your tenth house. Working your way up the corporate ladder is not for you. You'd do best in an unusual career, one that goes against convention,

and/or one that involves the masses in some way like mass marketing (*I don't understand that)

A lot of that is spot on, especially the bolded. But not so much for Uranus 11th.

Neptune in the 11th suits me

With Neptune in the eleventh house it's important that your goals and objectives are well-defined and thought out, or your tendency will be to dream rather than to act. (All the time, especially about travel). On the other hand, with this placement your imagination drives you to make your dreams and inner vision a reality. (I just need to stop being so lazy sometimes) You're very open to the suggestions (basically, yes), opinions (hence some of my..different..beliefs) and general psychic energy (I guess..) of your friends, so you should be discriminating in your choice of same. If Neptune is afflicted here (in hard aspect to Pluto; or, to a lesser extent, in Virgo or Capricorn), there will be deception on your part or theirs toward the other.
