finally i can post.........

so i was thinking when i was reading this post on soulunion about true love...how we define true love
everyone has a different view on how to define true love. one person said on that post that true love is friendship and mentioned that she has venus in acquarius

so how much venus impact the definition of true love...

what is your definition, venus sign, and major aspects

my definition is "commitment, ability to stand by each other, and feeling each others pain"...i have venus in virgo and it is tightly semisq saturn and square neptune

I have venus (conjunct mars) in aquarius and without a doubt my definition begins with friendship.

True love to me can not be without the loved one being a friend first. (Text book definition for an aquarius huh....well it's true)

Basically, if I want to find true love then I have to learn to love and shape myself first.

A part of me really is not comfortable with becoming one with another person but I like the idea of growing old and experiencing life with someone else, like good girl said a friend for life is my idea love.

my personal idea of love, is for it to be naturally pleasant with ease and flow of romance and communication. to be emotionally bonded, and care about each other. to be stable and reliable. personalities should get along like a house on fire, like good friends enjoying each others company. it should be fun but serious.

im to idealistic, or i just know what i want. i know it probably doesn't exist as one package, but some and a bit of all, is better than hardly any of it .

Before i matured, love was suffering and making the other person believe the more i suffered maybe he could finally see how much i loved him. And then he would do right by me. [EXHALING]ya right. Now my little heart cant take anymore heartbreak and things are better. out of my twenties and happily in my thirties. Had to get control over these venus in pisces feelings. however in my relationship, i still wrap myself spiritually around my partner and i am a great forgiver. but now i only get upset over little annoying things like the remote control and he thinks he knows everything. nothing major like when i was younger. however, if something did happen i would not be able to leave him.

For me true love is about building a foundation (friendship) first which comes with TRUST and taking a steady pace..and if true love is there it will flourish, being able to expand eachothers horizons and inspire eachother spritually especially. I like a combination of unconditional love, friendship and passion, something that comes from the core of your soul.

I also believe that to truely love another soul you must first have self acceptance.
