So, the Ascendant is widely regarded as one of the three most significant points in a chart.. yet, for some mysterious reason, most astrology sites do not give interpretations for interaspects involving the Ascendant. Does anyone have any links that give interpretations of interaspects to the ascendant, including ascendant-ascendant contacts, and contacts to the planets other than just the Sun and Moon? Please share them here.

Yes I share your frustration with books not including something so important. I find the sum or moon of one person conjunct the asc or desc of anothers a very strong attraction and affinity with eachother. If the conj is close it also kinda works as a glue to help hold the relationship together for better of worse. Mercury conjunctions are great for communication, and venus ones are great for affection and sexual attraction, but neither of these are permanent or necasarily lasting.IP: Logged |

AC/AC conjunct or AC/DC conjunct l think is very powerful too. Not sure in what way yet but i'm working on figuring it out!IP: Logged |

hell yeah....Ascendant oppose Ascendant is powerful. I had that with my exgf. Her Pisces Ascendant oppose my Virgo Ascendant with 16 minutes of arc, and they contraparallel with 6 minutes of arc. Interestingly, her Juno is in Pisces, and my Juno is in Virgo. She has Venus in Taurus sextile Ascendant,and her Venus trine my Ascendant with 3 minutes of arc which was the closest major aspect in our synastry. She and I were strongly attracted to each other. There was very strong connection between me and her. The chemistry was strong on every level.

my SN on his IC.
opposing moons.
venus/pluto DW. It's a slow and binding attraction that is mind-blowing in person. Amazing really hw connections work. IP: Logged |

I concur.
The strongest and most amazing relationship I've ever had was with asc oppose asc.
The bond lingered well after the relationship was over, and stayed very strong. This is followed by Moon and/or Mercury conj asc. ... the moon make you both very attuned to each other (I think ascendant person notices it first) and Mercury makes you complete each other's sentences.
That connection was also very strong.
