The Pluto/moon conjunction is certainly powerful, especially because it's also sitting on your IC. There is a deep, transformative, emotional attraction... a lot going on beneath the surface, and some VERY intense feelings from both of you. There's a danger that you may become obsessed -- or possessive of him, jealous when he opens up and shares his "inner self" to anyone but you. Likewise, he could feel like he is under your spell.

You also evoke strong feelings in him due to your Mars/Mercury/ASC/Venus falling in his 8th house. This can be steamy and sexual, or can work on a psychological level, in which you understand him so keenly that it could both fascinate him and creep him out. With all those planets in Capricorn and Aquarius, he might be a little uncomfortable with the emotional intensity... but it looks like his moon is just barely in Scorpio so that could lend some interest (and familiarity) with the Plutonic action he receives from you.

On your end, he brings a lot of planets into your 6th house, which often means you met at work -- OR that the relationship eventually takes on an unbalanced pattern, with one person giving more than the other. His sun in your 7th, though, is a huge indicator of the attraction on your part; his core self fits your image of an ideal partner. Something about him just urges you to form a romantic relationship with him, as he embodies so many qualities you adore.

Other strong points are his Vertex on your ASC and his Vertex on your Venus. I don't go to heavily into interpretations of the Vertex since it's just a mathematical point, and not a planet exerting energy -- but whenever I see it in conjunction with a significant point in the partner's chart, I think of it as a little flag saying, "Hey, this relationship is happening for a reason. There's something here."

What I don't like, however, is the sun/Mars opposition -- eventually he might start to drive you mad and get under your skin. Likewise for his sun squaring your Saturn. After a while, whenever he displays his independence, freedom, and individuality (which he certainly will, being an Aquarius), you're Saturn snaps into action and suddenly wants to squash out his autonomy. You feel threatened by his need for space. It makes you insecure.

Pluto square Mercury could also lead to some tough verbal and mental challenges, especially mind-games and subtle manipulation. Make sure you are clear and upfront with him -- NEVER try to manipulate things to get your way! Even if this isn't something you normally do, this particular relationship could spark that quality. Just keep an eye out for it. (I just noticed this is a double-whammy, too -- so there's a danger he will be the manipulator as well.)

The Scorpio Moon really knows how to draw a Pisces Moon in..believe me I know had a Capricorn Sun/Scorpio Moon friend for three years going on four before we completely cut ties due to my mess ups lol..it's all about learning, letting go, and forigiving from here on out.
